NBC Universal - The Voice

As an LA business, we often rub shoulders with the showbiz industry. Recently, The Voice came to us to develop a second-screen experience aggregating data for continuous delivery to mobile devices.

They wanted to shine a light on episode highlights, contestants, and coaches, allowing viewers to interact with the show in real-time.

Challenges

During an NBC Universal Hackathon, we were challenged to build a Native Android app with Java and a Node JS backend exclusively for The Voice in 24 hours.The result?

Our team took home its version of an Oscar by winning the NBC Universal Hackathon, creating the best online software solutions and user interface platform.
